All together we have more than 50 years of experience in working with gourmet food. As chefs and excecutive chefs in some of Denmark’s top restaurants – as teachers, consultants and independant contractors with a daily dialogue with expectant clients.

Bies Wieners is a vibrant mulicultural line of sausages contributing to the ever changing demands on the global market. Only the best raw materials are used. We mix them with a variaty of exotic spices and a wonderful local beer.
They are called Super, Tiger, Dolly and Junior – pork, veal, lamb and chicken.
It is generally accepted that food and music go well together. But why stop there?
